ITSDS – IT SIVAKUMAR DIGITAL SOLUTIONS
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by ITSDS.
ITSDS provides services including web development, IT infrastructure, cloud and hosting solutions, integration of third-party systems, and technical support and maintenance.
The scope of services is defined in individual agreements. Additional work outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.
ITSDS uses external providers such as cloud and hosting platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). ITSDS is not liable for outages or failures caused by these providers.
The client must provide all required information, content, and access in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client are not the responsibility of ITSDS.
Invoices are payable within 14 days without deduction. ITSDS reserves the right to request advance payments.
All rights remain with ITSDS until full payment has been received. After payment, the client receives usage rights as agreed.
Both parties agree to treat all confidential information strictly confidential.
ITSDS is liable only for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Liability for indirect damages, data loss, or loss of profit is excluded.
ITSDS is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including network outages, natural events, or third-party failures.
ITSDS aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Contracts may be terminated according to agreed terms.
Swiss law applies. Jurisdiction is Zug, Switzerland.
If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
